Terms of Service
By scheduling service with Universal Appliance Repair LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Diagnostic Fees
Diagnostic fees are due at the time of service and are non-refundable. When applicable, a diagnostic fee credit may be applied toward an approved repair.
2. Estimates & Repairs
Estimates are based on information available at the time of diagnosis. Additional issues discovered during repair may result in revised recommendations or pricing. No repairs will be completed without customer approval.
3. Parts Orders
Special-order parts must be paid in full before parts are ordered. Parts orders are non-refundable once ordered, except where required by law or manufacturer warranty.
4. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise stated in writing. Universal Appliance Repair LLC accepts approved payment methods listed on the invoice or estimate.
5. Scheduling & Appointments
Appointment windows are estimated arrival times and may be affected by traffic, weather, parts availability, or previous service calls. Customers will be notified of significant delays whenever possible.
6. Customer Communications
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive appointment reminders, service updates, invoices, estimates, and other service-related communications by phone, email, and text message. Message and data rates may apply.
7. Limitation of Liability
Universal Appliance Repair LLC is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, manufacturer defects, loss of food, loss of use, incidental damages, or consequential damages resulting from appliance failure.
8. Changes to Terms
Universal Appliance Repair LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this website.
